Ascend Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Property Manager for an industrial portfolio, onsite in Seattle or SeaTac. You will oversee building operations, supervise on-site teams, and manage financial reporting to ownership.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial real estate with strong finance and operations knowledge, plus proficiency in Yardi or similar CRE software and MS Office. Expect collaboration with leasing and property ownership.
