Job description
Misfits Market is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our food-based Fulfillment Center. You will manage site leaders across Receiving, Inventory, Maintenance, QC, and Prep, drive KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
As SQF site lead, you will ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and safe, cost-effective execution while building a high-performing leadership team and aligning cross-functional functions to on-time delivery and product quality.
