Select Water Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the daily disposal operations, ensuring alignment with budget, customer requirements, and EHS standards. The role includes pre-job planning, crew coordination, and on-site oversight of operations to address issues and optimize performance.
You will train staff, participate in hiring decisions, and collaborate with Safety and Training to maintain compliance. Occasional regional travel may be required to support operations.”
