Job description
The Cheesecake Factory Bakery in Rocky Mount, NC seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a 110,000 sq ft facility. You will manage three shifts, a 150-employee team, and drive cost-effective, on-time production while upholding safety standards.
Reporting to the Plant Director, you will implement a 4-step daily workflow, coach supervisors, and coordinate with QA and Shipping to ensure top-quality finished goods across our bakery operations.
