As a Senior Operations Manager at DHL Supply Chain, you will oversee warehouse operations, implement process improvements, lead and develop teams, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering an inclusive culture.
Develop and implement workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safety-first culture.
Analyze KPIs and produce reports to support continuous improvement.
Maintain open communication across teams and leadership.
Assist in hiring top talent for supervisory roles.
Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Address customer concerns proactively to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience.
Experience with P&L management, goal setting, and project management is a plus.
