Identify recurring staffing challenges and recommend changes to sourcing strategies, hiring processes, compensation, job postings, or other factors impacting recruiting results.

Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruiting practices remain consistent and compliant.

Provide coaching and support to other recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate management, recruiting processes, and ATS best practices.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to improve recruiting processes, tools, playbooks, and hiring manager resources.
