Job description
RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor for its Columbus Engine Center. You will lead jet engine assembly, test, and inspection operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets in a fast-paced production environment.
You will manage budgets, schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives, while developing a high-performing hourly workforce and ensuring EH&S compliance across shifts.
