Forward Air Corp. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Operations in Columbus, OH (on-site) to lead full-cycle recruitment for operations leadership, contract logistics, and related functions across the Americas.
You will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders to design and execute strategic talent plans and deliver top talent. The role requires 7+ years in internal TA or agency environments, a Bachelor's degree, and success in VP+ level searches.
