Job description
LeanTeq, a subsidiary of Enpro, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale core operational functions in a fast-growing high-tech manufacturing services organization. You will oversee Customer Service, Quality, Purchasing/Accounts Payable, and Shipping compliance while partnering with EHS and continuous improvement initiatives.
This hands-on leadership role requires building scalable systems, developing managers, and driving operational rigor across cost, delivery, and compliance.
