Job description
Misfits Market is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for our food-based Fulfillment Center in the United States. You will lead a multi-site leadership team spanning Receiving, Inventory, Maintenance, QC and Prep, driving daily operations, reporting, and strategic action planning to improve productivity.
The role also serves as the SQF practitioner, ensuring ongoing compliance, audit readiness, and certification efforts while partnering with Quality, HR, and Supply Chain to optimize throughput
