Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

In this role, you will take the technical lead on Nokia-related projects, with a long-term vision of transitioning into a management position where you will oversee data center operations.
This opportunity is perfect for an expert in Nokia Optical Equipment looking to make a real impact in a rapidly growing US division—offering leadership responsibilities, structured management training, and a clear progression pathway.
The role:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of optical networks using Nokia equipment, including PSS8, PSS16, and PSS24x NFM-T platforms
Provide expert-level support for optical network operations, troubleshooting complex issues related to Nokia optical platforms
Direct path to management of data centers
The person:
Expert in optical network engineering, with extensive hands-on experience in Nokia Optical platforms (PSS8, PSS16, PSS24x NFM-T)
Strong expertise in the configuration, management, and optimization of Nokia optical equipment
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ambition to grow into a management position
