Job description
Dexian, a leading staffing and IT solutions firm, is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator for a Pennington, NJ hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The DBA will manage Oracle databases, implement security controls, monitor performance, and resolve complex DB issues.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Oracle DBA experience, knowledge of encryption concepts including TDE, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with technical teams and stakeholders.
