Job description
ArcLight Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead Talent Acquisition and Talent Management implementations for clients across the U.S. and Canada. You will design, configure, and test Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with client goals in a collaborative, diverse team.
Responsibilities include best-practice guidance, hands-on configuration, requirements workshops, and stakeholder communications. Travel up to 25% is required.
