Job description
Deloitte's GPS team seeks a Delivery Senior Consultant to help client organizations optimize HR functions with Oracle Cloud HCM. You will drive requirements, design workshops, and configure HR modules while coordinating across payroll, reporting, and talent management streams.
The role requires 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM, strong communication, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. A hybrid work model with travel to Center locations is expected.
