Job description
TechDigital Group in Fremont, CA seeks a Sr. Technical Support Engineer to support the Oracle Hyperion EPM suite in large enterprise environments.
You will triage and resolve incidents, monitor performance and logs, coordinate with global Oracle support, and ensure SLAs are met across planning, budgeting and reporting modules.
Candidates with 10+ years of Hyperion experience and strong knowledge of EPBCS, Essbase and FDMEE will excel in this role.
