Job description
Aspire Systems is seeking a Retail Lead with 8+ years IT experience and strong hands-on Oracle Retail MFCS to lead L2/L3 production support for retail merchandising applications.
You will manage incidents, ITSM processes, changes, and releases, while mentoring the support team and driving continuous improvement to meet SLA targets and maintain operational stability. Hybrid work model in Iselin, NJ area with a salary range of $120k–$130k.
