Job description
Function Health is seeking a Head of Organic Growth to lead product-led and content-led growth strategies that scale member acquisition without paid channels. You’ll own three pillars—K-Factor, CRO, and SEO/YouTube—driving experiments, briefs, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Lifecycle, and Creative leadership.
You will build AI-enhanced growth systems, leverage data to optimize conversion, and recruit a lean team to execute fast in a remote-first environment.
