Job description
Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned management consultant to conduct organizational assessments of HQ functions, missions, staffing structures, and operating models to identify opportunities for realignment and optimization.
You will develop future-state structures, governance models, and workforce transition strategies, facilitate executive sessions, and prepare briefings for senior federal stakeholders. A Public Trust clearance is required.
