Job description
Stryker Group in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager for Orthopaedic Instruments to translate customer needs into product specifications and manage the portfolio lifecycle. The role partners with R&D and cross-functional teams to define and deliver new products.
This hybrid position requires collaboration across Clinical Affairs, Product Marketing, and NPDP to develop market insights, prepare business cases, and drive strategic portfolio decisions aligned with corporate goals.
