Job description
Pearce Services is seeking an OSP Engineer III to lead end-to-end engineering for multi-site outside-plant programs across North America. You will direct fiber/copper network design, ensuring NESC and client standards, and drive QA/QC and field validations.
Responsibilities include budget tracking, cross-functional coordination, and mentoring junior engineers while advancing the project from design through construction closeout.
