Job description
Dragos, Inc. is seeking an Associate Principal Technical Account Manager to support federal clients across the lifecycle of Dragos platforms in CONUS.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding onboarding, deployment, and optimization while aligning technical delivery with mission goals. Responsibilities include driving adoption, conducting regular account reviews, coordinating with CS, Support, Product, and Sales, and delivering executive briefings.
