Job description

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead design and construction across multiple projects ranging from conceptual planning to occupancy.

Responsibilities include managing $25m-$300m projects, guiding up to 25–50 team members, and delivering on budget and schedule while maintaining strong client relationships. You will work with a leadership structure that supports autonomy with executive oversight and travel as needed.
