Job description
Universal Shield Insurance Group is seeking a Senior P&C Business Analyst in Dublin, OH to drive requirements for insurance systems and process improvements. You will collaborate with underwriting, claims, and policy administration teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and data mappings.
The role requires 3–5 years of BA experience in Commercial P&C and strong communication skills to interact with executives and technology peers throughout the SDLC.
