Genentech is seeking a senior People & Culture partner within the Finance organization in South San Francisco. You will align P&C strategies with Roche/Genentech business goals, partnering with CFO for Genentech and leaders across pRED, gRED, and PD to drive talent, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
