CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Senior Group Director, People & Organization Advisory in New York City.
You will lead the HR Generalists and Employee Relations Specialists, delivering best-in-class HR support with scalable, consistent processes and escalation protocols. Role requires extensive HR leadership experience, a minimum of 12 years in the field, and a track record of driving operational excellence, policy design, and stakeholder collaboration with HRBP and COEs.
