Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a REMOTE Manager of Digital Media to direct and optimize paid social programs.

You will work with agencies and the Mattress Firm digital media team to align strategies with marketing goals and manage budgets to exceed performance benchmarks across platforms. You will lead cross‑platform campaigns, analyze large data sets for trends, and drive innovative tests and improvements in targeting, creative, and measurement.
