Job description
The Ohio State University Palliative Medicine Team is seeking a Pharmacist to contribute to direct patient care and perform comprehensive drug reviews for adults and geriatrics in inpatient and outpatient settings.
As a senior member, you will supervise Pharm.D. students, coordinate scheduling and onboarding, and collaborate with opioid stewardship to promote safer prescribing practices within the medical center.
