Job description
The Ohio State University Palliative Medicine Team is seeking a Senior Specialty Practice Pharmacist to lead the palliative pharmacy service, oversee staffing, and coordinate onboarding processes.
The pharmacist will perform daily comprehensive medication reviews, optimize symptom control, manage drug interactions, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and students in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role emphasizes opioid stewardship and quality improvement activities.
