Job description
Welltower, Inc is seeking a Senior Paralegal in Corporate & Entity Management to support the legal department in entity, governance, and transaction work from our New York office.
The role requires 5–10 years of paralegal experience, strong entity management skills, and the ability to coordinate with external counsel and internal teams.
You will maintain corporate records, assist with resolutions, and help manage compliance across jurisdictions; travel is minimal.
