Job description
TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our legal team. You will support corporate governance, real estate, IP, and M&A matters for a publicly traded company with a global footprint.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in paralegal roles, a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision. Familiarity with SEC filings and IP portfolios is a plus.
