Empowered Staffing is partnering with a leading healthcare real estate investment and management company to hire an experienced Paralegal in Skokie, IL.
The role supports acquisitions and other corporate/real estate transactions, manages diligence and closing processes, maintains entity records, and keeps deadlines organized from start to finish. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of paralegal experience and strong drafting, coordination, and communication skills.
