Job description
Schwab seeks a Participant Engagement Consultant to help plan sponsors maximize the value of Schwab’s education, guidance, and digital tools for their employees.
The role partners with plan sponsors, internal teams, and service groups to translate client goals into actionable engagement strategies, events, campaigns, and communications, with about 25% travel and on-site work four days a week in the specified location.
