Job description
ServiceNow is seeking an experienced vendor/partner management leader to own end-to-end governance for MSP and staff-augmentation arrangements across a $20M portfolio and 250 resources. You will drive performance, negotiate terms, and build capability that reduces day-to-day vendor admin for engineering managers while delivering measurable cost savings and process improvements across the portfolio.
