About Clickdee
Clickdee is a performance marketing company specializing in pay-per-call and lead generation. We generate high-intent inbound calls across Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, Auto, Home and Life insurance. Our traffic comes from our own media buying on Google, social, native and content properties, and runs on in-house call tracking and analytics infrastructure. We’re growing fast and building our US partnerships team.
The Role
You will own Clickdee’s buyer relationships for Medicare, ACA and Final Expense calls. You’ll bring on new carriers, agencies, call centers and networks, grow existing accounts, and turn our call volume into revenue. This is a hands-on, revenue-carrying role reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership of the health and senior vertical.
What You’ll Do
Source, pitch and close new buyers for Medicare, ACA and Final Expense inbound calls
Negotiate payouts, buffer durations, caps, hours of operation and state targeting
Manage and grow buyer accounts through weekly performance reviews, volume planning and payout optimization
Plan and scale buyer capacity ahead of AEP, OEP and SEP periods
Work with our media buying team to match traffic to buyer demand
Handle disputes, returns, duplicate-call claims and monthly reconciliation
Keep partnerships compliant with TCPA, CMS/TPMO marketing guidelines and carrier requirements
Represent Clickdee at industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in pay-per-call, lead generation or performance marketing, with at least 2 years selling to or managing Medicare, ACA or Final Expense buyers
Active relationships with health and senior insurance buyers: carriers, FMOs, agencies or call centers
Strong grasp of call economics, including CPA/CPC models, buffers, conversion rates and how buyers judge call quality
Hands-on experience with Ringba, Retreaver, Invoca or similar platforms
Working knowledge of CMS marketing rules, TPMO requirements and TCPA consent
A proven record of closing deals and growing revenue (be ready to share numbers)
Comfort working independently in a lean team across US and India time zones
Nice to Have
Experience scaling buyer volume through multiple AEP cycles
Background on the publisher or affiliate side of pay-per-call
What We Offer
Base salary: $60,000–$120,000/year, depending on experience
Uncapped commission on the revenue you bring in
Fully remote (US-based)
Direct access to leadership and full ownership of a vertical
To apply: Send your resume along with a short note listing the health and senior insurance buyers you’ve worked with and the largest account you’ve grown.
