Job description
Seeking an Associate Pastor to become the Senior Pastor of a non‑denominational (formerly Baptist) church in a suburban northeastern part of New Jersey (Essex County) after a relatively short apprenticeship.
Average Current Worship Attendance: 130-180

Preaching
Bible Teaching
Pastoral Care
Interpreting the Faith
Church Growth
Leadership/Vision-Casting
Intergenerational Ministry
Evangelism and Community Involvement
Pastoral Counseling
Worship Interaction
Management of Staff
Qualification:
College degree and M.Div degree from accredited Seminary required
