About North Main Baptist Church
We are committed to glorifying God and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For more than fifty years, God has faithfully used our church to make disciples and impact our community. With the retirement of our present pastor, we prayerfully seek the man God has prepared to become our next Senior Pastor - a shepherd who will faithfully preach God's Word, lead with humility and equip North Main Baptist Church to fulfill the Great Commission.

Position Summary
The Pastor is responsible for leading the church to function as a New Testament church. The Pastor is the leader of the Pastoral Ministries program of the church and, as such, he works with the Deacons and the church staff to lead the church in performing its objectives; to lead the church to engage in a fellowship of worship, witness, education, ministry, and service; to proclaim the Gospel to believers and unbelievers; and to care for the church members and other persons in the community.
The Pastor is the immediate supervisor of all ministerial staff and the overall supervisor of other staff. The Pastor is an ex-officio member of all teams.
