Job description
AbbVie in the United States seeks an in-house Associate General Counsel for Patent Prosecution, supporting AbbVie’s pharmaceutical products. The role offers a hybrid work model with locations in North Chicago, IL, Waltham, MA, South San Francisco, CA, or Irvine, CA (on-site 3+ days/week).
You will develop intellectual property strategies for AbbVie’s products and candidates, and you will draft, file, and prosecute patent applications worldwide, both directly and through outside counsel.
