Job description
St. Joseph Health seeks a day-to-day leader for hospital-based patient access operations across key areas. You will guide staff, coordinate workflows, and resolve complex registration and financial issues to ensure timely access and a positive patient experience.
You will support ED, main registration, and admitting workflows, while coaching the team to adhere to policies and deliver high-quality service in alignment with the organization's mission.
