Job description
SUNY Upstate Medical University seeks a Senior Scheduling/Registration/Patient Access Specialist to streamline patient access workflows, scheduling outpatient, inpatient rehab, and front desk operations. You will model professional conduct and support daily operations for staffing and workload management.
You will help improve patient experience, assist with monthly reporting and provider templates, and mentor staff in alignment with Upstate policies and procedures.
