This position helps patients understand and resolve balances through accurate account review, respectful communication, payment options, financial-assistance resources, documentation, and follow-through.Position Details:Location: Northbrook, ILSchedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (onsite)Compensation: $23-$29hr based on experience and qualifications.Key Responsibilities:Review charges, insurance processing, payments, adjustments, secondary coverage, and statements before collection activity.Communicate balances and payment options clearly and respectfully.Establish approved payment plans and support financial-assistance workflows.Process payments and maintain accurate account documentation.Resolve or route disputed balances and follow issues through correct disposition.Protect privacy and comply with approved collection practices.
