Job description
Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a patient safety professional to coordinate proactive risk assessments, collect and disseminate safety information, and intervene to prevent harm. You will lead multidisciplinary investigations, evaluate events, and drive improvements in care processes.
The role requires RN licensure (WA) or a Bachelor's in Nursing, with at least 3 years of direct patient care.
