Job description
Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Consulting Manager with healthcare payer expertise to lead business analysis and process design on payer initiatives within the Healthcare Global Consulting Practice.
You will guide workshops, elicit requirements, and ensure end-to-end traceability from business intent through delivery. Requirements include 10+ years in business analysis or healthcare consulting, strong documentation and stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid approaches.
