Job description
Kraken Kinetics is seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own weekly payroll end-to-end, administer comprehensive benefits, manage leaves of absence, and serve as the ADP Workforce Now expert. This on-site role collaborates with the Head of People and Finance to scale scalable payroll and benefits processes as the company grows.
The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, 3+ years with ADP WFN, and strong knowledge of state payroll taxes and compliance.
