Job description
Vision Technologies in Maryland seeks a Payroll & Incentive Compensation Analyst to own end-to-end payroll and administer performance-based incentives for all employees. This role collaborates with Accounting, HR, and leadership to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of payroll experience, CPP certification preferred, and hands-on experience with multi-state tax reporting and ADP systems.
