Job description
Andrews & Cole is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist in Bethesda, MD to manage the payroll function for over 150 employees. This hybrid position allows for 1 day of remote work weekly.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, particularly in multi-state environments, and will function independently while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. A salary range of $95,000 – $110,000 is offered along with the opportunity for process improvements.
