Job description
Banner Engineering seeks a Senior PCBA Process Engineer to lead and optimize PCBA manufacturing at our MN facilities. You will guide SMT, COB, and through-hole processes, address complex defects, and drive improvements in yield and efficiency.
You will define standards, support new product introductions, and manage capital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals. On-site in Minnesota with growth opportunities.
