Job description
SMTC Corporation in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Repair Specialist III to perform advanced PCB repair and rework, serving as a technical SME for board-level repair.
This temporary role (about 4 months) involves failure analysis support, engineering builds, and process improvements, ensuring IPC standards and customer specifications are met. You will mentor others and work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Test teams in a high-reliability EMS environment.
