Job description
Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho seeks a Senior CVD/PVD Process Engineer to start up, develop, and optimize deposition processes. You will work with equipment and integrations engineers to resolve production issues and lead projects aimed at improving yield and reducing costs.
The role requires 2+ years in PVD/CVD process ownership, a BS/MS in Engineering, and strong analytical and collaboration skills to drive process improvements in a high-volume semiconductor fab environment.
