Job description
Renesas Electronics Corp. in Austin, TX is seeking a senior technical authority to define and govern Physical Design Architecture, technology aspects, and PPA, acting as the main liaison between the internal SoC PD organization and the foundry and systems teams.
The role interfaces with Foundry (TSMC) for PD, leads AI-driven cost-reduction initiatives for MCU development, and coordinates with architecture and chip leads to ensure realizable MCU designs and KPI alignment.
