Job description
Patagonia seeks a Senior People + Culture Business Partner for our Reno Distribution Center. You will advise operations leaders on people strategy, talent development, and equitable practices across shifts, while upholding Patagonia’s values and justice commitments.
You will partner with peer teams to implement programs, lead labor relations matters, and empower frontline supervisors with coaching and data-driven insights to improve safety, attendance, and retention.
